辦理各項觀光活動報名及線上申請服務（如遊客中心導覽活動預約、首長信箱、淨山心得等線上申請）時，所涉及有關個人資料收集、運用與保護。但不適用於經由本處網站搜尋連結之其他網站。(It applies to the collection, utilization, and protection of personal information involved in the registration and online application services for various sightseeing activities (such as reservation for tourist center guided activities, director mailbox, etc.). （三）個人資料收集期間(Personal data collection period)：
您同意本處蒐集、處理與利用您的個人資料之期間為：自申請日起至線上服務及本處辦理各項觀光活動/案件結束終止時，利用地區為台灣地區；個人資料僅以電子檔案或紙本檔案形式，提供本處及所委託處理作業之廠商，受委託單位相關人員必恪遵個人資料保護法及本處資料安全管控之要求，並簽署相關保密協議。(You agree that the Headquarters will collect, process, and use your data from the date of application until the end of the online service and the various tourism activities/cases handled by the Headquarters. The use area is Taiwan. You will only provide personal data to the Headquarters and entrust the businesses with processing it in electronic or paper files. The relevant personnel of the entrusted unit must strictly abide by the Personal Data Protection Act and the requirements of the Headquarters for data security control and sign the appropriate confidentiality agreement.)

（四）本處有義務保護個人資料，除非經過您事先同意或符合以下情況之一，本處不會自行修改、刪除或提供任何個人資料及檔案(The Headquarters must protect personal data. The Headquarters will not modify, delete, or provide any personal data and files unless you agree in advance or meet one of the following circumstances)：
■中華民國司法檢調單位透過合法程序進行調閱。(The judicial investigation unit of the Republic of China conducts an inquiry through legal procedures.)
■違反網站相關規章且已造成脅迫性。(Violates the relevant regulations of the website and has caused coercion.)
■基於主動衍伸政府網站服務效益之考量。(Based on the consideration of actively extending the service benefits of the government website.)

五、請求刪除。(the right to erase his/her data.)

（六）您可自由選擇是否提供您的個人資料，但若您所提供之個人資料，經檢舉或由本處發現不足以確認您的身分，或有其他個人資料冒用、盜用、資料不實等情形，可能造成您無法獲得本處提供之活動報名及線上服務相關權益。(You can choose whether to provide your personal information. However, if the personal information you provide is reported or found by this office to be insufficient to your identity or if other personal information is used, stolen, or false, you may not be able to obtain the rights and interests related to the event registration and online services provided by the Headquarters.)

（七）個人資料保護宣告之諮詢(Consultation on personal data protection declaration)
如果您對本項個人資料保護宣告有任何疑問，歡迎與我們聯絡。查詢或請求閱覽個人資料或製給複製本者，本處依據個人資料保護法第14條得酌收必要成本費用。(Please contact us with any questions about this Personal Data Protection Declaration. （九）本處取得之個人資料，不進行國際傳遞，僅於台灣地區使用，以確保個人資料之安全。/本處跨國(境)傳輸作業之個人資料，必遵循本國個人資料保護法及傳輸國對於個人資料保護之相關法令、法規要求，絕不違反國家利益與民眾相關權益。(The Headquarters will not transmit obtained personal data internationally and will only use it in Taiwan to ensure the security of personal data. / Personal data transmitted across borders by the Headquarters must comply with the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan and the relevant laws and regulations of the country of transmission for personal data protection. （十）為提供精確的服務，我們會將線上服務及觀光活動之蒐集資料分析結果以統計數據或說明文字呈現；除供內部研究外，我們會視需要公布統計數據及說明文字，但不涉及特定個人之資料。(We will present the analysis results of the collected data on online services and tourism activities using statistics or explanatory text to provide accurate services. （十一）本處觀光資訊網於一般瀏覽時，伺服器會自行記錄相關行徑，包括您使用連線設備的IP位址、使用時間、使用的瀏覽器、瀏覽及點選資料紀錄等，做為我們增進網站服務與資訊安全管理的參考依據，此紀錄為內部應用，絕不對外公布。(The server will automatically record relevant actions During general browsing of our tourism information website. （十三）您瞭解此一同意符合個人資料保護法及相關法規之要求，具有書面同意本處蒐集、處理及利用您的個人資料之效果，亦同意本處留存此同意書，供日後備查。(You understand this consent complies with the Personal Data Protection Act requirements and
related regulations. It has the effect of written permission for us to collect, process, and use your data, and you also agree that we will retain this consent for future reference.)

（十四）本宣告如有未盡事宜，應依個人資料保護法或相關之法規要求辦理。本同意書之解釋與適用，以及本同意書有關之爭議，均應依照中華民國法律予以處理，並以本處所在之地方法院為第一審管轄法院。(If there are any matters not covered in this declaration, they shall be handled by the Personal Data Protection Act or related laws and regulations. We shall hold the interpretation and application of this consent form and any disputes related to this consent form following the laws of the Republic of China. The district court where the Headquarters is located shall be the court of first instance.)
