Tea Fragrance Trail is a tea garden tourist trail connecting Songboling and Tianjhong Forest Park, and it stretches for about 2.6 kilometers. While walking along the trail, tea fragrances from the tea plants along the way fills the air.
Songboling has the highest tealeaf production volume in Taiwan and was once tasted by former President Chiang Ching-kuo.Its sweet taste is not inferior to high mountain teas, thus gaining the name of “Songbo Evergreen Tea.”
As you walk further along the trail, you will come to an observation deck where you can take in sweeping views of the tea gardens. Along the way, there are informational boards explaining various aspects of tea cultivation. There is also a pavilion nearby where visitors can rest. At sunset, as you walk along the Tea Fragrance Trail, you can smell the aroma of tea in the air and see the setting sun shining over the tea gardens.
What a scene with great “taste”!
