The World Bird Fair will be in Taichung on September 20, and the bird costume show warm-up event will also begin.
The "2025 First World Bird Fair" will be in Taichung City from September 19 to 22. From September 20 to 21, a global exchange meeting and more than 100 stalls of bird-watching ecological tourism displays and bird costume shows from 30 countries will be at Taichung Civic Square. On August 9, a bird costume show will perform at the National Museum of Natural Science for a warm-up flash mob performance, which will also be accompanied by painting and flash mob dance activities, inviting the public to dress up creatively.
Under the theme "The Beauty of Wings Gathers in Taiwan," the exhibition showcases Taiwan’s rich avian ecology by blending conservation, tourism, education, and creativity. The program features an International Welcome Dinner on September 19, an International Ecological Exchange from September 20 to 21, and various international environmental tourism booths.On September 22, the public can go to Daxueshan on-site to watch the ecology of 31 bird species unique to Taiwan.

This event encourages the public to make bird-shaped costumes with recycled materials to show Taiwan's emphasis on ecological conservation and inspires creativity.
