In the spring of 2021, the Guguan Visitor Center was renovated and re-operated as a local micro-museum to welcome tourists. The center is expected to serve as an ideal sightseeing station and starting point for visitors to explore Guguan, its hot springs, and its surrounding attractions. It is designed to provide a step-by-step introduction to the history, geography, and ecological resources of Guguan along the Central Cross-Island Highway before visitors walk the Solaiy Trail.
