Established in 1899 (around the 24th year of the emperor's reign), Fu Tang Bakery, which used to be called "Kuang Fu Hsiang Bakery," is an old pastry store with 112 years history. Its signature products are traditional meat pastry and belly button pastry, both of which have one hundred years of history in Hakka tradition.
