The Tiaoshui (Water-Carrying) Historic Trail between Dazhu Village and Xitou Village in Fenyuan Township, Changhua City, is a flagged path that early people used to access mountain spring water. The entrance features an archway resembling a shrine's torii. The initial path is relatively easy to navigate, but the path leading to the ancient trail is quite hilly, so older people should bring hiking poles for easier traversal.

During the Qing Dynasty, while reclaiming land in search of a water source, ancient people discovered a ditch on Baguashan that was perennially flowing. They dug the Long and Feng Wells at the site, paving the rock path to the mountain for water collection into a stairway. The trail is to be at least a century old. The two wells are now dry, but the government repurposed the path as hiking trails following the expansion of Dazhang Road and Zhangnan Road on County Highway 139 Scenic Route. The Tiaoshui Ancient Trail is also one of Changhua's eight major tung blossom viewing spots. There is a thousand-year-old tung tree at the entrance. And on both sides of the trail, many tung tree petals fall and cover the entire road between spring and summer, making it feel like walking in the snow. There are pavilions or wooden chairs under the trees along the trail where you can sit for a while, quietly appreciate the scenery of the tung blossoms in full bloom, and enjoy this romantic moment.
