In 2011, Soxlink was transformed into a tourism factory, which provides a do-it-yourself sock-knitting doll and displays the traditional sock-knitting machines. From handmade to fully machine-made, the factory allows people to understand the knowledge and process of making socks, and to have a better understanding of the traditional sock-making industry in Taiwan. The factory also sells a wide range of products.
If visitors have any questions, they can immediately ask the staff at the factory and then find a comfortable sock that fits their needs. In addition to selling socks, the company has also developed many new products. The national flag scarf used by the President during the flag-raising ceremony at Office of the President in 2010 has made Soxlink popular.
At present, Soxlink has also designed more creative and special scarves and other products that symbolize Taiwan. These products are also available for sale in the Soxlink tourism factory.
