Located at 65 kilometers of Provincial Highway 7A, the decommissioned Qingquan Bridge was named in honor of General Qiu Qingquan, who sacrificed his life in the Hsupeng Battle, and is now a cultural asset of Taichung. The steel structure was designed by the French company Eiffel and manufactured in West Germany. If you look closely at the steel girders of the bridge, you can still find the emblem of the Eiffel Tower!
