Located near Donghe Suspension Bridge, this eye-catching Japanese wooden building used to be an old police station built in 1937 and was abandoned in 1988. It was not until 2005 that it was rebuilt under a subsidy from the Council of Indigenous Peoples due to the effort of local people. Tourism information and cultural exhibitions are available inside this cultural property hall. Featuring art craft works and agricultural goods are also exhibited and sold here. A coffee bar is also available where one can enjoy meals and drinks.
