The rising of the earth's crust at the southern end of Mt.Bagua formed the Hengshan and Mingjian cliffs. The area contains the Great Buddha as well as the well known Hushanyan, Bishanyan, Cingshueiyan, and Baozang temples. Here you can also find ancient houses like the Liou Residence of Shetou Cijiao, Liou Residence of Yuemei Pond, Tuanyuan Hall, Duohulong Ancient House, and other cultural sites.
